If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. This may take some time to collect all information, depending on how much you have provided, so please be patient. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.
You may request deletion of all of your data at any time by emailing admin@clockworksun.com and mentioning the name of the website (clockworksun.com) in your message. One of the Website’s staff will be in contact shortly afterwords to confirm your request for deletion and to begin the process. Please provide up to a week after confirmation to allow time for us to ensure none of your data remains on our systems. Another week may be required to ensure no data remains in our backups, and if we happen to restore from backup during this week, your data may be inadvertently recovered. We will do our best to avoid this scenario and will attempt to ensure all of your data is re-deleted. Please contact us if you think we made a mistake.

How we protect your data
All connections to this website are secured by TLS (https) so all data sent and received is encrypted and private, aside from the initial DNS lookup and handshake. If and when I decide to add logins, I will ensure all user passwords are salted and hashed, and never stored or transmitted in plaintext. I use a firewall, heuristic connection-blocking, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication - among other things - to ensure it's as difficult as I can make it to hack into the server this site runs on. I stay up to date on known vulnerabilities and keep the system updated to mitigate them.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If you have any information about a data breach or other security flaw in the Website, please contact admin@clockworksun.com, mention the website name (clockworksun.com) in your message, and provide as many details as you possess. We will immediately look into the problem and provide more information once we know more.
What third parties we receive data from
We receive no information about our users from third parties, with the exception of YouTube analytics if you choose to watch our videos either on this site in embedded form or on YouTube itself. YouTube, owned by Google, has a privacy policy located here.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
